  March 21, 2018 - P&p. Aroma is reticent but intriguing - distinct olive oil, with chamomile/herbs/light flowers and mixed citrus. Also distinct fennel/anise (although I didn't pick up on it until I read Epicurus_be's note). Similar flavors but with the addition of stone fruit; citrusy, fresh, lightly saline, with tart acidity, and underlying savory depth. Totally dry. Some fleshiness to the texture, nicely offset by the racy acidity. Tasty as well as interesting. Value is reasonable for how unique and enjoyable this is, even if it isn't a bargain. Good stuff! Best at cellar/room temp.

  Beautiful bouquet of citrus, herbs (sage), fennel and minerals.
  
  Fresh start, citrus-mineral aromas, bright acidity. Mid long finish.
  
  A wine that begs grilled seafood with a fresh fennel salad.
