September 14, 2022 - The last of 3 bottles. Cork stained for approx. 2 cm. Cork in good condition. Very few sediment. This time I enjoyed this wine. No reason to wait longer. Good Pessac-Léognan.

June 20, 2021 - Correct but nothing special. Cork soaked for 3mm. 13,5 vol. % Alc. Almost no fruit left (if there was any). The wine came within a mixed lot for around 10 € in 2021-05. So, no reason to complain either.

October 24, 2020 - 12.5% alcohol. Still a deep ruby color. Not massively complex but a damn good wine indeed and a great example of Graves. Plum and currant on the nose, with good underlying spice and earth, with a touch of herbs. In the mouth, fully resolved and drinking beautifully. Soft and linear in the mouth. Just a really nice wine. A-

January 1, 2020 - Lovely wine - I wish I had mote of this now. Similar notes to the last bottle. If anything the fruit is more balanced. The tannins remain quite firm but sit more in the background.

April 17, 2017 - A thoroughly enjoyable Bordeaux. It took an hour to open up properly but when it did it was just nice, Still holding up well with good tannins that are starting to soften but still give the wine some bite.

October 14, 2016 - The wine lacks fruit. I like my wines dry, but this has some quite bitter tones and would benefit from some lighter notes. Disappointing, though perhaps the bottle.

December 4, 2014 - 12.5% alcohol. This is such a nice wine in good vintages. This is a dark red color, with a pretty, cool nose of black fruit, currants, herbs, and an earthy note. In the mouth, unfolds nice if not profoundly complex layers of black fruit, earth, tobacco, and spice notes. Tannic on the back end still and with good life ahead of it, this is supple and drinking really well right now. A-

December 20, 2013 - This wine has got better with age. Seems to have lost some of its oakyness whilst retaining its fruit- all better integrated. Enjoy now.

June 8, 2013 - Earthy, cedar on the nose. Blackberry, licorice, vanilla on the palate, with long chocolate finish. Wish I had more

April 28, 2009 - Intense cassis nose with gamey animality and a herbaceous lift.
Fullbodied and tightly knit palate with liquorice, herbs and slightly medicinal character. Astringent pencil shavings and some oak in the good length finish.
Very nice, though rather tight still at the moment.
