February 27, 2016 - Doft: Mjöliga äpplen och äppelskal, mogen citron, lite popcornsmörigt och skitig kalkig mineralitet (som jag associerar till champagne. Fågelbur säger sedan min sambo och det ligger något i det)
Smak: Fylligt och fruktigt men ändå stramt och återhållsamt (befriande låga 11,5% alkohol) samt en relativt frisk syra.
Annorlunda på ett bra sätt. Gillar verkligen detta, trots viss skepsis innan korken (av glas för övrigt) drogs - mycket "naturvin" är för quirky för mig. Men gick in med öppet sinne och detta var, som sagt, riktigt gott.
