July 10, 2021 - Forrest floor, mushroom on nose with some cherry and menthol. Taste has lots of green pepper, cherry, cranberry, long long finish. Very well balanced. Delightful wine.

    December 31, 2019 - Color: Ink Purple
    Nose: Plum and Sanguine
Taste: PnP; Very Rich with Plenty of Dark Fruits upfront; Middle opens to some Dark Chocolate and Light Smokiness; Finishes with Grippy Tannins and Medium Acidity; Some Herbaceous and Dark Chocolate notes Linger
Comp’s: Good showing of Franc from Yakima; Richness and Complexity of a $60-100 Cab; Reminds me of Oblesico Cab Sauv or a Less Balanced Amici Cab Franc; Great with Grilled Meats and Potato Au Gratin; Worth Buying Again!

October 5, 2019 - Great wine. Rich, deep purple color. Aromas of plum, blackberries, and pleasing damp earth. Dark fruit flavors - blackberries, blackcurrants, plums. A bit tannic, but opens up well when decanted briefly. Delicious alone or as an accompaniment to steak or other grilled meats. One of our favorites.

August 15, 2019 - Really nice right now, dark red and blue fruits, sweet kirsch, vanilla, cedar, tobacco, violets, silky smooth palate.

July 3, 2019 - Pnp at restaurant. Was very fruit forward wine with layers of blackberry and ripe plum. Had some mid palate tannin which was nice and a medium finish. Needs to decant an hour or so to make this all come together.
