November 25, 2016 - Drank a few bottles of this over Thanksgiving and got quite a few comments and a request to learn more about the producer. This is very much in the Provence style with a light salmon color and a bit of minerality. Fruit has faded more at this point in the year. Still very tasty.

September 24, 2016 - Drank this blind and guessed it was a rose that was 2x the price. The fruit was starting to fade which was a bit sad. Was much more minerals than before. Still enjoyable. Have heard these age well, would be interesting to see where they end up.

August 26, 2016 - Always one of my favorite roses and for the price just can't beat it. Drank over the course of two nights. It's nice and crisp and refreshing with light fruits (got lots of watermelon this time). Perfect for some hotter summer days.

July 24, 2016 - Drank on the heels of a 13th & Third rose which is a bit on the sour side so in comparison this came across as almost sweet. Very light. White flowers and light pink fruits. Very enjoyable still, but took a bit to adjust to the differences.
