  May 11, 2020 - Coravin pour with our Mamoun's takeout leftovers. Cherry flavors and spice. Many more secondary flavors with the lamb shwarma, which brought out tar, leather and herb notes. Really excellent with the lamb; not bad with the chicken kebabs and not good at all with the Italian pork sausages. Was also good with the 1 french fry with paprika that daughter allocated to me :)
  
  Drink now but can hold for more complexity, too.
