May 12, 2019 - Full body, strong pleasant tannins, good acidity, long finish. Lots of fruit, creamy vanilla, some leather. Fenomenal.

March 9, 2019 - Very impressive Old world style from Cali. Lots of plum, fig, with touch of Cedar box nicely integrated. Needs a few hours to open up. Peter Kak

December 30, 2018 - Deep cranberry reddish purple. 75 minute decant through a powered aerator. Sweet woodsy Smokey oak nose. Flavors of tart not fully ripe blackberries, cedar, slate, with a long peppery and tart finish. High acidity and medium well integrated tannins that show mostly on the finish. Medium plus body. A little too tart for my taste at the moment but feels like it will improve with more time in the cellar. About 90-91 now.

September 1, 2018 - Really closed upon opening and for an hour or so, muted nose, decent fruit but not showing much on the palate either. Put on a bunch of weight overnight, really nice finish on day 2. Will hold remaining for 2-3 years, room for improvement,

April 11, 2018 - Tasting pour at a wine store. Had been open for a bit. Big nose of spiced fruit and red berries. Packed with flavor. Lovely extraction, supportive tannins, integrated oak, and it makes you want to go back for more. Really nice!
