October 12, 2020 - I generally like wines from the Truett Hurst lineup, but I think this is a bit overpriced.
June 5, 2020 - Deep ruby color. Opaque. Dry. Medium weight. Scents of sour cherry, blueberry, fig, and baking spices. Tastes of plum, black cherry, blueberry, and eucalyptus. Medium plus length finish.
August 1, 2018 - Solid wine starting to hit its stride a good bbq wine with spice and dark fruit true to it Zinfandel dominant blend stile.
June 1, 2017 - Slightly acidic, more than I expected. We quicky warmed up to it but I prefer the fugitive from the same winery
May 1, 2017 - Wonderful balance, nice fruit taste.
January 22, 2017 - Medium-bodied, some raspberry and spice notes. I was surprised; expected more "oomph" to this wine, this was more elegant than the ABV promised.
December 6, 2016 - Will buy again but needs more age. Very nice on the palate with lots of tannins. Beautiful color, a nice stand alone wine.
