October 12, 2019 - Excellent. A mi chemin entre le primaire et le tertiaire, un bel équilibre.

September 22, 2019 - At the height of its evolution: Soft, delicate tannins, aromas of fruits, flowers, cherries, blackcurrent, soft but pronounced tertiary aromas. In the mouth pleasant, powerful but very elegant. I believe it has reached its peak, it should not be saved any longer.

September 8, 2019 - The cork was solid but "stuck" so I removed it very carefully. The bottle was double decanted. The wine was smooth, balanced, and enjoyable. This vintage is mature and drinking well now and I see no reason to hold longer.

September 1, 2019 - From 75cl, perfect cork. Gorgeous Médoc blackcurrant and cedar leap out of the bottle on uncorking. The first taste was the best, with bright fruit and understated Pauillac typicity. I thought this wine deteriorated (grew harder/less supple, closed down) in 2 hours after opening. Don't even think of decanting. Drink up in next 2-3 years? 90P as P+P

July 28, 2019 - 4th of 12, decanted an hour, perfect cork and level, definite step up since last bottle in June 18, muddy flavours diminished in favour of pure cassis fruit with attractive secondaries just starting to develop, early maturity on nose, not quite ready on palate where unresolved tannins slightly intrusive. VGI (17).
