March 10, 2017 - The wine has an intense flavor of sour apple the balances out nicely in the middle but whose finish is a little tight (even after being exposed to air). Quite enjoyable and unique take on a riesling.

January 7, 2017 - Pale straw color. Distinct petrol. Slight peach pit. Hint of ripe stone fruit.
Light body, medium alcohol (13.5%). Slight RS- feels 5-10g. High acid. Well balanced with moderate finish. Pretty good! Simple but true. Maybe comparable to an entry level Alsace Riesling.
