March 28, 2024 - Drinking well. Powerful and showy, but with characteristic Ceritas tension and acidity. Excellent.

March 10, 2024 - Needed a little time to open up; once opened up, revealed a full body, with lots of oak and good balance. Drinking well, but should be opened soon.

October 3, 2023 - Dinner at 312 Fish Market (Chicago, IL): A bit of a stylistic contrast to the Trout Gulch; this is more opulent and showy, with more of the California fruit on display. Perhaps even a hint more tropical. I preferred the slightly more mineral and structural Trout Gulch, but both were excellent examples of Ceritas.

November 6, 2022 - Killer chardonnay. Tropical assortment of guava, pineapple, passionfruit, lychee. Great complexity on the palette with a lingering finish.
