August 18, 2019 - Decanted 45 minutes before drinking this time and much better than last bottle. It needs air. Really enjoyed it as a stand alone drink.

August 19, 2018 - Very forward smoke tho initially intense, it simmered down and was a lovely accompaniment to Shrimp is Creole Sauce as well as a robust tomato sauce.
