July 12, 2023 - Appearance of very pale straw. Nose of lemon oil, chalk, jasmine, green apple. Palate has such bright a refreshing acidity, so beautiful, dry, minimal EtOH. Green apple, bubble gum, white peach, little straw, notable salinity. So damn good, hard to believe it’s already got 8 years on it. Bought another bottle to let it go further and see what happens.

June 22, 2023 - My goodness. Another supposedly short-lived wine that has aged gracefully (and gained) over its 8-year life. Light gold with almost a greenish tinge to it. Nose is quite fragrant and ripe, with nice oyster shell, mineral, melon and salinity. Also amazingly full in the mouth; this is a beauty. It does not have a ton of complexity, but it really carries its straightforward fruit nose and mouth all the way through the finish. Pretty awesome if you ask me. 4-12-16-8: 90/100.

December 10, 2022 - Last bottle from a 6 pack. Light, granite, sea spray, citrus, delicious. Drink up.

April 23, 2022 - Nose rounded with age and lees, white fruit, floral. Palate still carries decent acidity lifting the white fruit, tons of mineral. Integration not great - probably on slow down slope at this point.

November 16, 2017 - Opened last night. Very good stuff. A bit darker and richer looking than I expected. Nose is all chalk, mineral, limestone. Juicy wine in the mouth, sea spray/tang, lots of mineral/crushed rock, especially on the long finish. very bracing, could use some time in bottle to come together. 4-12-16-8: 90/100.

September 24, 2017 - Almost fizzy on the pop, this was gluggable refreshment on an unusually hot September day. Straightforward delivery of chalky minerals and ripping acidity with the lemony fruit.
