August 10, 2008 - Pale yellow in color. Nose of petrol. Tastes of pears and pineapple with a hint of lemon grass. This wine has taken on an older Riesling like character. Quite interesting how this wine has developed over time. 14.1% alcohol.

November 22, 2007 - Melon, lemon, limestone and apple. The minerality of this wine adds depth. Beautifully well balanced with vibrant acidity. Long finish with nice complexity. 14.1% alcohol.

Tasted September 26, 2007. Opened and served immediately. This wine regardless of vintage to date is a favorite. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of just a touch of diesel early on giving way to some wet stones, flowers and a mix of yellow fruits. Flavors of apricots, yellow apples and white peaches. Medium acidity, light to medium body. Drink over the short term.
