Community Tasting Notes 2

February 9, 2020 - Leather and smoke dominate, but enough dried and stewed dark fruit in the background to keep it in balance. Pretty smooth, medium plus body and a good full finish. Had with grilled bison strip steak but easy enough on the palate to enjoy with anything around that choice.

January 18, 2020 - Graphite and cranberries on the nose. Earthy coffee, pencil shaving, red fruit, and great acidity.
