  December 27, 2016 - I enjoyed it. We made Swiss fondue with it and it worked well, although not as well as some. It had a lot of almost ale-like effervescence. It could have almost been mistaken for cider. And so it brought that quality to the fondue. Maybe classic fondue is better with a somewhat more dry wine than this one, but this gave the dish an interesting bounce, let's say. And of course it was great to drink with it because it was the same wine with which the fondue was made. I'd buy it again for sure, but maybe eat it with cheese and apples.
