August 12, 2023 - This wine is still drinking beautifully - very full bodied and rich fruit. Reviews suggested it's at end of life but seems like it still has much life left. Sadly this was my last bottle.

May 27, 2023 - Nice wine. Tart fruit and a likeable savouriness. Don't really see an upside to it from here.
Pair wonderfully with pasta and duck ragu. Was a little much for sablefish risotto, but still worked. -

April 14, 2023 - Did side by side with the 2015 vintage, this one came out the winner by a hair. The 2015 was deeper and more luxurious but a little bit of a one note with not a noticeable finish. This one was light on its feet with a nice medium finish. Paired well with a roast leg of lamb.

November 24, 2022 - Thanksgiving dinner 2022. A perfect match with a traditional meal - the wine held its own against the multitude of dishes. Decanted each bottle before serving with aerator so could serve immediately. Seems to be at its perfect drinking point right now but luckily the guests did not drink all my supply (although they seemed very happy to be offered many top ups!) and I have a couple of bottles left that I think could last for at least a couple more years but I'm unlikely to push it that long.
