June 18, 2023 - Deep gold (less advanced than a prior bottle from same case). Burnt apple, unctuous but dry. Nicely mature and aromatic Riesling. I doubt there is much point holding for an extended period given the apparent evolution but who knows.
March 17, 2023 - Swapped a couple of these with a mate for some Wittmann GG Riesling. This wine is in a very good place right now. I gave it a 30 minute decant. Showing a deep golden colour in the glass with a beautiful aroma of apples. Quite rich and oily on the palate - caramelised apples in the glass. Long finish. Mouthfilling and delicious. In the drinking window now - not sure there will be a huge improvement so why wait?!
February 25, 2022 - 醒酒半小时，淡金黄色，闻香有明显的蜂蜜味，金银花，和青柠的香气，入口酸度高，酒液很咸，湿石头的矿物感，一些植物气息，初入口有一种煮蔬菜汤的口感，我把这种感觉归结为强烈的咸和果香不突出而是香料与植物味占主导共同作用的结果。然后是蜂蜜味，淡淡琥珀，明显的香料感，混合着白花香气，后段辛辣，微微回甜，口中生津不止，余味是白糖和青柠的气息。随着醒酒时间长，香气和口感持续变化，柑橘味更加明显，煮蔬菜汤的感觉弱了些，直接的果感变得更明显，收尾香气悠长。比一般的雷司令酒体更重，漂亮的集中度，多层次复合的口感，充满变化。对我来说是一个从未接触过的雷司令风格，有些奇怪，说不上喜欢，但相对于那些平庸阿尔萨斯雷司令，它无疑有着更高的质量和辨识度，绝对喝一次就能记住。

September 26, 2021 - Dark copper/amber. At first concerned it was too advanced, but first inhalation dispelled that. Spice, burnt cameras, some smoke, harmonious and improving in the glass. Perhaps not for everyone but this is excellent and has plenty of time to run.
July 25, 2021 - Color oro claro brillante.
Recién abierta la botella el aroma absolutamente predominante es el de gas ( no petróleo). No es un aroma que me desagrade aunque en exceso, agobia. Para evitar esta situación decidimos decantarlo una media hora y esto hizo que el gas pasará a tercer término. Eliminado el problema despliega bonitos aromas a melocotón blanco, piña y kiwi con un fondo mineral.
En boca tiene un acidez marcada pero no excesiva. Tiene profundidad y anchura, glicerico y suave, produce sensaciones a fruta blanca madura y tropical. Postgusto largo y ligeramente salado.
Da la impresión de estar en un excelente momento de consumo y que puede mantenerse en esta situación mucho tiempo.
May 16, 2020 - Gold color and a wave of Meyer lemon and apple on the nose. Slight touch of petrol. Lemon sorbet on the palate. More forward than I expected, but does not look like it is about to fall apart. Very enjoyable!

December 15, 2019 - I am wondering if this bottle was slightly flawed - it seemed very developed for a 2014 vintage. Very dark in colour and petrol on the nose. The taste was more fresh with good acidity. I only have one more bottle and now pondering weather to open it soon or let it rest
