January 1, 2023 - Just lovely with 10 years of age. My favorite wine of 2023 :) popped it at precisely midnight on NYE. Cheers!

June 8, 2022 - Second bottle of this vintage, now hitting 10 years of age. Excellent as always.

October 4, 2020 - Ripe, floral, and complex bouquet shows pretty notes of orange creamsicle and spices on a bed of grove and orchard fruit. This is taut, a hint glazed, and very balanced, with key lime flavors that are supported by a strident cut, mineral energy, and a vibrantly frisky bead. A solid performer.

August 4, 2019 - Delicious. Drinking very well right now. Nice acidity. Beautiful bubbly.

October 18, 2018 - WSET Level 2 Class; 9/13/2018-11/4/2018 (The Texas Wine School): Good quality sparkling wine that is clear, pale gold in color. On the nose, it's clean with a medium intensity. It has aromas and flavors of peach, mango, pineapple, lemon, almond, brioche, bread, toast, honey, and hints of orange, cherry, and strawberry from the Pinot Noir blended in. On the palate, it's dry with medium acidity, medium body, and a medium finish.

Good wine for an outdoor party, like a special birthday party that you would like to make a toast. Although not that complex, definitely an wine that is easy to drink and that is well balanced.
