January 13, 2024 - Solid cork. Paired with spicy sticky ginger beer glazed chicken thighs over jasmine rice. Deep gold color. Notes of apricots, tropical fruits and cane sugar Llight to moderate acidity with a little more seeetness than expected from a Spatlese. A mature Riesling with nice secondary notes. Drink now. 93 points.

    March 31, 2023 - I will second DCWINO's note, can't add much to that.

March 1, 2023 - Nuits-Saint-Georges and Riesling - Q by Peter Chang (Q by Peter Chang - Bethesda, Maryland): Expressive youthful nose displaying rich sweet tropical fruit, pineapple, apple cinnamon, honey, lemon curd, sweet spices and mineral. Exceptional concentration, sweet rich yellow fruit, dense and oily, medium acidity and mineral, and a long ripe yellow fruit driven finish. It is sweeter than the Haag Auselese. Super sweet and super concentrated. Still very youthful and delicious.

November 27, 2022 - Dark and rich in color and in taste. Slight diesel edge with some acidity left. This wine can seemingly go into the cellar forever.

May 14, 2022 - it is certainly sold gold and sweet - it could do with some acidity to balance and a bit more complexity - drink soon
