  September 29, 2023 - Upon opening, somewhat stinky in the fish tank category. With some air, complex savory tertiary aromas emerge. Fine grippy texture, long waxy nutty finish. Fun stuff.

  April 25, 2020 - Wow. Assertive and graceful all at once. Really its own thing — part Burg, part Graves, part Napa. Ripe mango, pineapple, melon, butter, flowers on the nose. Medium acid, big body, alcohol at 12.5%, long finish, fruity, rich, nutty. Impressive and delicious.
