October 23, 2020 - Still lovely to drink, with honeyed fig notes, showing some maturity at this time.
August 3, 2018 - Ripe nose of peach, melon, mango, blossom, quite floral, some herbal notes. Palate shows ripe stone fruit, quite tropical, very floral and ripe.
May 13, 2018 - Lemon curd; elegant and slate; nice balance and long finish.
May 4, 2018 - Not a typical Sauvignon Blanc citrus apple pear but not overwhelming. A decent amount of acidity. Some effervescent at the finish but has an ending that is somewhat sour or typical Sauvignon final finish.
April 10, 2018 - Relaxed and light with balance of straw lemon and honey.
April 8, 2018 - Exceptional wine for the price. Unfortunately becoming hard to find.
October 2, 2017 - Exceptional quality for Entre Deux Mers -- one of the best Bordeaux Blanc I have tasted. This puts New World Sauvignon Blanc to shame with its balance, body, and complexity. The flavors are not especially fruity, so it's hard to describe -- someone else suggested nutmeg, and I would add fennel on the finish. This is drinking beautifully.
My wife found this at a Costco in the SF Bay Area for just $9.99.
