April 4, 2021 - Eclectic blend of Pinot Blanc, chenin Blanc, chardonnay, viognier, melon, and roussane. These wines are fun in their youth and I believe Hardy intends from them to be consumed early on, but I am really digging this wine at 5 years old. Cloudy yellow orange in color (don't look at the wine through the bottle if you're squeamish - you'd swear it has sea monkeys in it!), and highly aromatic with notes of lemon and lanolin. In the mouth this is delicious, with tangy citrus, sour lemons, and a bit of saline that adds interest. Very well integrated, and yet still very fresh.....and REALLY easy to drink! Good stuff Hardy!

January 24, 2021 - With Fish Tacos.... poured half to 375....cloudy, slightly bruised but showing fairly bright with subdued lemon and light minerality. Great mouthfeel.
Very integrated and aged Chablis like. Chenin/Pinot blanc leading the way. Nice.
    Day 2

August 11, 2019 - I like these aged. I imagine in thier youth they are bright and possibly have a spritz, but as an older wine they are still tangy, lemony and have the acid no the back to hold up to our pairing of tomatoe, fish and cream sauces.
    Drink away before summer ends

January 14, 2019 - Right on with my first bottle of this a few years ago. I know this is the earlier drinking wine but it doesn't show any age. Lots of acid and lemon, only a very slight bitterness at the finish detracts.

November 27, 2018 - Fine clay like sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Light greenish yellow and clear. Interesting nose with green apples, a touch of funk, and some fruit skins. Medium acidity (5/10) and light bodied. Almost a carbonated texture on the palate with some light wax, apples, tropical fruits and some thickness to it. Medium length finish. Drink now.

March 24, 2018 - Interesting. Drink up. Decant after it has settled and cleared to increase your initial enjoyment. I also drank the dregs, but they were a touch bitter.

March 19, 2018 - Not as good as the first bottle from a year ago. On opening it tasted bitter, almost underripe, like a champagne gone flat. After a few hours it was a bit better, relatively simple but tasty. Day 2 was not very good, had that same flat-sparkler quality to it.

February 18, 2018 - Platonic ideal of a fun, fresh, juicy, and super tasty everyday white. Well balanced and punches above it’s weight.

December 30, 2017 - Very consistent with Kfirestone’s note. Would add mine had a tiny bit of fizz from apparent secondary fermentation, which i enjoyed.

November 30, 2017 - Quite interesting white wine and fun to drink. But you must set it up right for a few days and decant or you will have a cloudy, unappetizing mess. Keeping it clear is important to avoid a bitterness that I did not enjoy. Nice crunchy white, not complex, decent balance.
