December 5, 2015 - This wine went through some waves over the course of 4 hours. It first started out soft and silky, then the acidity really picked up but it started to empty out a bit on the mid palate, a hour later the acidity dropped and it picked up a cloying almost honeyed sweetness to it. It finally evened out to a combination of soft in texture but still had that honeyed fat fruit to it.

June 25, 2015 - Starts with a hint of sherry on the nose. With time this blows off and provides a mature glass of vino. Apple and vinous chard flavor. Medium bodied with decent but not great length. I've had better bottles and it should be noted this was not bought on release.

January 22, 2012 - Still tight. Ripe white peach, hazelnut, honey, white flowers, minerals. Long, mouthwatering, deep set finish. Delicious but can easily develop another 10 years.
