May 6, 2023 - Well balanced, nice tannin with gentle fruit and tobacco notes. This has really come into its own.

October 8, 2022 - Sadly, this wind has passed its prime. Perhaps we just didn’t keep it well. But at this point it is slightly oxidized and does not have a lot of fruit left. Slightly brown in color.
