July 24, 2022 - Drunk with cheese canapes. Pale gold with fine bead and full mousse. Really lovely texture and very nice balance. Full, rich and long - brioche, citrus and apple notes. Good length and complexity for a NV. Overall, a really good glass of champagne - a style that suits my palate very nicely. This bottle was about 6-7 years old.
February 1, 2021 - crispy and floral, citrus, creamy, medium finish with nice acidity good PQ ratio
February 8, 2020 - Definitely Chardonnay leaning. Enough richness to say this is a cut above almost all non-Champagnes, but past that not spectacular.
December 27, 2019 - A clean, vibrant, mineral and citrus driven BdB. Laser-like focus here, with a crisp and very dry finish.
