January 27, 2022 - Pop and pour, consumed over 2 hours. Appearance: Clear, medium ruby with slight corner bricking. Nose: Clean, medium intensity, developing aromas of smoke, earth, cranberry, cherry, and iron. Palate: Dry, medium acid, medium- tannin, medium intensity, medium body, 12.9% abv, with developing flavors of cranberry, black olive, and earth with a medium finish. Overall a good-very good wine nearing it's peak, drink now or over next 2-3 years.

November 19, 2020 - Oh this is drinking pretty nicely. Lovely notes of cola and forest. I tend not to like cola notes but they seem to work well here. Pretty smooth on the finish. Definitely a nice sipping wine. I could see this improving with 1-2 more years. So will save my last one for 2022 or 23.

March 10, 2019 - On first night, this was overly metallic and sour, which really detracted. But on the second night, this had mellowed dramatically and was drinking much better. Very different from the previous bottle.
