March 23, 2023 - This was my last bottle of this vintage. I wasn’t expecting much based on recent reviews, but it was delicious! Still had some good body and flavor left. I’d say it finally found its balance. It could have lasted another year. Was cellared since I purchased it.

June 7, 2021 - Really good - smooth and fruity (as per other reviews) but my bottle still had good structure and decent acid and tannins - therefore not just a “fruit bomb.” Inky backbone of petit verdot still vigorous, mature, only slightly over the hill - might have been a bit better a year or two ago, maybe not.
December 23, 2020 - Lots of berries, easy drinking. Blues, blacks, opens up with some licorice and leather
May 19, 2020 - A happy wine full of blueberries and blackberries with a little black pepper for good measure. Terrific when finished with a little dark chocolate! Tannins are mature, soft but present. Astringency is mostly absent.
April 18, 2020 - Deep ruby red color. Blueberries and black raspberry on the nose. Balanced medium bodied dark cherry and leather on the palate. Finishes long with wonderful smoke and licorice overtones. Great value for the price.
August 19, 2019 - Good weeknight drink. Prominent alcohol, but otherwise balanced.
March 25, 2019 - Aromas of red berries and sweet white flowers. Mostly jammy cherry and blackberry. Some white pepper heat is tempered by a touch of vanilla smoothness. A simple but enjoyable fruit forward wine.
March 16, 2019 - Smells great. Tasted more like juice but lacked interesting flavors
March 10, 2019 - Agree with previous review from QMDLS... We have enjoyed this in the past, but it's clearly getting to the end of it's drinking window. Lack of tannin and complexity, but still a bit tart and fruity.
