October 22, 2017 - The 2015 Ab Ovo is an indulgent combination of complex floral and fruit notes that play delicately together with balanced acidity and minerality to form a Pinot Gris that is seamless from start to finish. Orange blossom and honeysuckle lead into touches of fresh pineapple, honeydew melon and Meyer lemon peel to create an enticing aroma. The palate opens with bright citrus fruit and follows wtih rich minerality and lively acidity, converging to form a long, focused finish with succulent hints of toast and lime zest.

July 29, 2016 - Nice way to ease into the weekend on this hot Texas day. Honeysuckle, lemon curd on the nose. Fresh, bright on the mid palate flashing tangerine, lemon rind and melon with acidity that tugs on your checks. Long spicy finish with white pepper and a hint of soy. Magnificent finish, wow!
