July 19, 2020 - Delicious. Distinct minerality on the nose and mouth. Serious acidity makes it delicious with strong cheese and spicy sushi

September 14, 2017 - Prager Dinner with Robert Bodenstein (Chicago, IL): Of the three Wachsstum Bodenstein GVs we had, I would say that this was my favourite, perhaps because of the young wine flavours that this still had. There's that delicious white peach/green Thai herb thing going on here that is really addictive. This bottle also had the most bracing acidity. Obviously young, but pretty delicious nonetheless.

November 11, 2016 - WOW, a stunning wine that is pure and precise. Full-bodied, intense on the palate with lively acidity and deep minerality. Gorgeous!

April 30, 2016 - More expressive than Achleiten on the nose: yellow stone fruit, pear, white pepper, flowers with amazing depth and appeal. Mineral, pure, complex. On the palate intense and powerful but at the same time polished and subtle - the fruit is remarkably pure and juicy, the acidity is perfectly well integrated, the gentle spiciness adds complexity and the mineral finish is long and quite sensational. What a beautiful wine. 96-97+
