February 25, 2024 - intersting dark rose color. Hints of strawberry and cherry clean finish not carbonated. fairly dry.

May 18, 2023 - As i dont have a lot of experience with champagne , take my observations with that in mind.
I did try the champagne in different alto glasses from burgundy over the universal to the white wine glass and the white wine glass actually do the champagne best.
The nose is really quiet even on day 2, there was some notes of bread - yeast - wet newly painted cellar on day 1. Here on day 2 its more like raspberry and another note that might be caramel or fudge .
On the palate i do find the mousse to be really creamy and pleasent , there is cream - raspberry mousse - some notes like zesty orange.... i do find it quite good and i think it can easily be enjoyed over maybe next 2 years. -

June 14, 2022 - Lovely nose with bread, nougat, caramel and nuts. Yellow plums, passionfruit, bread, nougat and mineralogy on the palette. Very long. Great!
