January 10, 2022 - Continuing the deep dive into Bordeaux, this wine continues the theme of complex, big Bordeaux wines. The red and black fruits are supported by the spices and vanilla from oak ageing. The fine-grained tannins give succour to wine drinkers who like big extraction, but it is pretty genteel in the glass, It is an outstanding wine that will mellow with age and continue to deliver further tertiary characters.

October 24, 2021 - Not decanted. Consumed over 2 days. A pretty good wine. A bit wild at the moment I think it will be better with more age. 91-92 pts. at the moment.

June 25, 2021 - Blueberry, blackberry, notes of cloves and mild cigar box; pure, elegant, firm and balanced, moderately long finish; straightforward but very good indeed
After 1.5 Hours: Increasingly open and fruitful and pleasing but lacking a bit of of the purity and firmness and balance of the beginning
From 2.5 Hours Onward: Both open and now yet also with the purity and balance restored; enjoyable throughout however and ending very fine indeed

June 21, 2021 - Decanted for 1 hour in 2021. Flavor > fragrance. See through, viscous legs, musty (almost oyster like? Mushrooms ), strong graphite, tart cherry. Dry, strong frontal and side mouth tannins, light/medium body. Musty gripping finish.

March 30, 2021 - A very elegant wine with polished tannins. It is by no stretch ready, it would benefit from more cellaring but this is a wine to buy / keep. Very balanced fruit, nice integrated oak. If you can find it at a reasonable price a definate must have if you like bordeaux.
