November 25, 2023 - PnP chilled. Clear, light straw/green tint. This was a bit over the top. Typical French slate and shale profile but lacked spark. Tartness and acidity washed out. Still, an Ok wine but lacked excitement. $32
October 19, 2023 - Fruity, fresh, floral. Good, but a bit too succulent for my palate.

August 22, 2021 - Pear, apples, stone fruit and that enticing Bordelaise pineapple taste. Beguiling and delicious. A fair bit of farmyard on the nose, pleasantly so. Not sure where it goes from here. Delicious now though.
November 1, 2019 - My wife liked it! Pear and apples, some citrus, Med-full body and nice med finish!
August 19, 2019 - Öga: Nästan genomskinlig, bara färgen indikerar att det rör sig om ett sauvignon blanc-dominerat vin.
Näsa: Dämpad doft, med lite möda kan såväl nätmelon som citrusfrukt anas (men om detta stämmer eller uppstår i mitt huvud låter jag vara osagt).
Mun: Dominansen av sauvignon blanc gör detta till ett syradominerat citrusbetonat vin, men de 25% semillion som finns i vinet (antar jag) bidrar med nyanser och djup. Citrusfrukter och kalksten är dominant, men kompletteras diskret av melon och diskreta inslag av litchi och mandelmassa (utan att påminna om nya världen). Avslutningen är lång och friskt syrarik. Ett klart imponerande vin helt i min smak.
June 22, 2019 - Crisp acid. Nice balance with the semillon. Wet rocks. Lemon. Lemon zest. Pineapple. Manchego cheese

March 13, 2019 - Great drinking. Crisp with a pretty strong Sauvignon Blanc undertone to the wine, but with enough Semillon to make it interesting. Excellent with food.
November 22, 2018 - First of all Happy Thanksgiving. For those of us lucky enough to celebrate with our families we should rejoice about how blessed we are to have that. This wine is fantastic. I enjoyed it with our Thanksgiving feast. The wine accented the turkey very well. Every sip I took made the turkey become more flavorful. I would recommend this wine for any celebration or holiday meal. It was a real treat to use it in our celebration of this holiday.
