June 20, 2023 - PNP. Plum and meaty notes on the nose, almost like a Syrah. More typical palate, blackberry, black cherry. Dark chocolate on the finish. A bit of a dancing bear, dark and brambly, yet medium bodied, with nice acidity. Approachable and interesting now, with stuffing and structure for another 3-5 years of development. At this price I may go back for more bottles to track its progress.

May 4, 2023 - Reporting in on the progress of this and its travel since release, its actually putting on a bit of weight! What was light to medium body is now a true medium body with good freshness, lots of mouth cleansing tart attributes, anchored in iron tinged earth. Kind'a Burdundian on the cheap...Great table wine. Drink now for fresh and airiness, or hold for meaty undertones.

April 22, 2023 - Nice gentle little Merlot. Well balanced, soft and giving nose, smooth finish with just enough depth it goes with your steak dinner. Good bottle for the price. Drink now, not much life left.

March 10, 2023 - Deep ruby red. Cassis, dark berries and a touch of cedar on the nose. Moderately intense, but feels a little sharp somehow. Fairly pleasant but unremarkable red and dark berries on the palate. Maybe a little short. Decent drinking but perhaps not great value at €20... maybe this is caught a little between development stages and it might improve in another year or so? Or it might be time to drink up!
