December 17, 2023 - After 8 hr decant. Not much of a nose, but impression is pleasant and fresh, light weight. A bit of a tannic bite at the end. Almost like an aperitif wine. Held up well enough to a beef tenderloin.

August 19, 2023 - Decanted 3 hours and drank over a wonderful dinner. The nose is amazing, so much leather, chocolate and cassis. Dark fruits on the palate and plenty of Pessac earthiness. Long finish. Excellent stuff

August 18, 2023 - lovely wine, and still going strong

April 9, 2023 - Tastes exactly like you’d think a 2002 La Mish would taste like. Hoisin on the palate, mature but still lively. Not large but complete. Drink or hold.

March 26, 2023 - Lovely nose on opening. Tobacco and loam complement red berry fruits. Savory palate with medium+ length and finish. Fine tannins balance out the acidity. Plenty of life left.
