April 29, 2018 - Interesting chenin blanc. Notes of apple, white peach, tarragon, and pith of a citrus fruit. The last note gives it a slightly bitter after taste, although, I am not sure if that is a result of issues with the cork, which was a little more wet than usual. I would not agree with the 90 pt rating by WS, but definitely an interesting wine.
December 28, 2017 - Very nice CB with medium body and pleasant notes.
August 9, 2017 - Lemon, lime to the nose. Lemon lime stone anise and grass to the palate. High acids with long finish . Refreshing!!
March 24, 2017 - Fully transparent, pale yellow throughout.
On the nose is dry grass and lemon; very typical sauvignon blanc.
On the palate is a refreshing front end with tropical juices, followed by a rise in acid. Lemon develops along with some kiwi. Back end is quite smooth which I like.
Finish has some length without bite. Cool, but lasting citrus.
Overall, quite pleasant.
July 16, 2016 - Very light yellow in the glass with a bouquet of mineral, stoniness, and citrus. My first taste of this was 100% lime and frankly a bit too acidic but once I swirled it and gave it a moment to breath I got notes of Meyer lemon, mouth watering tropical fruit, and toasty oak. This drinks very much like Sauvignon blanc but very good QPR.
