December 17, 2021 - My bottle was a bit more subdued than others. Aromatics were a bit muted. Good red fruit on the palette. Smooth tannins and not showing any of the 15%+ alcohol

August 14, 2021 - Splash decanted and drank over several hours. Not a lot going on with the aromas, some smoke and dried flowers. Medium body and medium opacity. Silky smooth on the palate with plum and lots of black pepper on the finish.
