Fait de Pinot Noir 47,5 %( Côte des Bar) et Chardonnay 52,5 % (provenant de Côte des Blancs)
C`est salin et sur les agrumes avec des note de la Brioche.
Un peu de pommes aussi et levuré.
Très belle bulle!

October 15, 2017 - Tasting note 3,900: A super millesimé, still in its youth, firm and with a very good citrus backbone. With patience you will taste, in let's say two years, a 92-93 points champagne.
October 14, 2017 - Wijnkoperij Okhuysen Annual Tasting (Haarlem, Netherlands): Merchant tasting, brief note. An equal blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Wonderfully dynamic and intense, energetic and tightly coiled, floral and mineral, precise, citrus, very good length. Needs two years.
August 28, 2016 - Jag ser att en annan tyckare här på CT har exakt samma intryck, även om jag ger en betydligt bättre poäng. Liksom andra 2008 är den stum och nästan död inledningsvis, även om doften lovar annat. Vinet har en hög och fin syra, utvecklar efter tid i glaset en nötighet, spikraka toner av citron blandat med tropisk frukt. Vinets brist är den korta och lite trista avslutningen - betyget hade annars varit ännu högre.
