October 22, 2021 - Made with 80% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay and the curve ball with 10% Pinot Blanc. 6 g/l dosage.
Red and yellow apple, citrus, yeast and slight brioche on the nose.
Palate follows with apple, citrus, lemon, almond, hazelnut and toast with a good acidity but also a quite rich mouthfeel. Actually a really nice champagne for the price!
