March 4, 2019 - LC14. Disgorged in 2016. Beautiful pink orange color. Same as all my previous notes, the wine was very mineral with crisp, focused and lingering acidity, the acidity was also balanced with candied red fruits, raspberries mousse, and fresh ginger. Always a pleasure drinking Jerome Prevost's wine

Beautiful pink color. Minerals, stones, pink roses, with gentle acidity, and fruit / mineral tension on the palate. Love the texture - deceptively complex.

    January 6, 2019 - 2014 vintage - September 2016 disgorgement.

Maybe I am just totally biased but I think when Jerome's wines are on they are so elegant and capturing. This wine had that exact balance you want - minerals, stones, pink roses, with gentle acidity, and fruit / mineral tension on the palate. After having had this a few times, I think they define uniqueness and individualism just as the proprietor himself.

January 6, 2019 - Disgorged in Sept 2016. The 11th LC14 we had over the past 1.5 year.
Wanted to open something I really like and consistently have very enjoyable experience to prepare for an exciting new start tomorrow :) Prevost’s champagne is my go-to wine.
Similar to my previous notes, very floral on the nose, pink roses, fresh red strawberries, crushed red cherries, modest grapefruit, and good amount of minerals,on the palate, smooth texture with focused yet elegant touch of acidity, finish was super long, thanks to its beautiful acidity and great minerality. Great wine.

November 7, 2018 - This is the 10th bottle I've had and finally getting around to posting a note. Beautiful pink color. Nose had the classic Prevost broken chalk minerality, roses, elegant and expressive, palate had lingering acidity, red fruits, white pepper, layered. Incredibly enjoyable.
