June 19, 2019 - Women Winemakers of Austria & Germany (Plum Market - Chicago IL): Walk around tasting talking with the producers, brief note. An eccentric wine I think I enjoyed, especially at its barely $20 price. Dense and firm, nearly meaty. And while this seemed ripe, it also could have used more fruit, which seems odd.
June 19, 2019 - Women Winemakers of Austria & Germany at Plum Market (Chicago, IL): I wasn't a big fan of this, though it certainly lived up to its name. There's definitely an intense wild quality here with a bit of funk and maybe even a bit if skin contact weight on the palate. But this was a little thin in the fruit department and didn't have enough to counterbalance the high acidity.
July 22, 2018 - medium lemon colour; clear and shiny. nose: lemon plus some petrol notes plus smoke; intense; classic. taste: high acid; hay, leomn, wax; medium finish. refreshing with good balance. Seems simple but is really good.
January 5, 2018 - Smakrik med frisk syra. Prisvärd.
July 30, 2017 - Light straw yellow colour. Pear, apricot and lemons on the nose with hints of minerals. Taste of green apples, lime, pear, herbs and minerals. Well integrated acidity that gives the wine a fresh taste. Dry minerals in the finish. A good Riesling that goes well with shellfish or sushi.
May 19, 2017 - First time I tasted Georg Breuer wine. Great mouthfeeling, I really liked this riesling. Clear yellow color. Nose with lime, green apple and mineral hints.
On the palete lime, minerality, green apples, hints of fruit sweetness and some smooth spices. Long pleasant finish. A great riesling.

February 1, 2017 - Relatively ripe style on the nose, hint of apple; crisp and fresh on the palate, lime fruit, dry but juicy and with a pleasing minerality; zesty finish. Drink young.
