  November 13, 2021 - Glad we drank this. While it was still excellent, it is probably starting downhill. Dark straw colored and nose of apricot and pear. Beside tree fruit on the palate we tasted vanilla that lingered through the finish. The wine got much better as we let it warm up in our glasses. A bit too oaky for me but the wife loved it. She really likes her chards buttery. It would be nice to know what else is in there besides Chardonnay. Maybe some white Rhône varietals?

  July 26, 2021 - Nicely oaked but a bit too buttery for my taste but the wife loves this style. Aromatic with tree fruit and a nice long finish. Nicely balanced though which made it very enjoyable with our dinner.

  January 9, 2021 - We drank this as a pre-dinner wine. I really can’t say anything bad about it but I will say you had better love super buttery chards if you are drinking this. It makes Rombauer look like an un-oaked Chardonnay. But it was very interesting. Really needs some food with it. Don’t drink without food. The wife loved it and gave it 93. I had to back down a point.
