December 19, 2021 - My last 2015 and I'm sorry to see it go, this is drinking very nicely. Very pale, almost like water depending on what you hold it in front of. You have to work to pick up much of a nose but there's a lovely honeyed, fruity flavour with good acidity and reasonable length. All wine should age so well.

April 6, 2021 - The trouble with Five Rows wine is that you can age it forever. This is still drinking well, still rich and mouth-filling fruit, good acidity and length. Always a pleasure to drink. So different from a N.Z. suave blanc. Served with Jerusalem Artichoke Soup with Hazelnut and Spinach Pesto (Nopi).

One the palette it is a whole lot of green apple followed by something I can't quite put my finger on. I want to say celery but not certain.
Was a delightful start to the evening.
