October 28, 2022 - A dark colour; now fully mature, with a slightly burnt quality to the fruit which is turning savoury, but still retaining the slightly syrupy aspect common to Châteauneufs. A fine bottle.

June 5, 2022 - A deep colour and a rich, raisiny palate with an intense savoury character. Fully mature but still vigorous. A very fine Châteauneuf.

February 6, 2022 - Satisfyingly rich, and spicy red fruit, a bit of heat, robust and long. This was quite good with roast pork shoulder. While this is quite open after 45 minutes in the decanter, I don't think it is build to last more than about five years.

January 17, 2022 - A dark colour, and a full, rich, raisiny, spicy wine, concentrated and long. This is probably at its best now and is a fine example of Châteauneuf.

December 16, 2021 - A dark colour and a full, rich, dark-fruited, spicy wine, still quite vigorous and with plenty of life in it. A serious Châteauneuf, excellent now.
