March 22, 2020 - Open during Covid-19. Perfume on the nose. First taste on open had red fruit on the front and lovely texture. This is going to go well. slow ox for 1 hour. Fruit gives way to a black pepper over a inner of pork loin. Body is between Pinot noir and Merlot.
