October 10, 2023 - Quite good. Problem with cork, had to transfer wine to an empty bottle.

April 11, 2022 - Red berries, herbs and spices, forest and oaky impressions in the bouquet. On the palate herbs and spices, cherries, bell pepper, earth, fresh acidity and tannin with still an ok bite. The wine shows some development.

November 23, 2021 - Glad I let this lay down for awhile. Really improved over the last couple years. Prolly could go 1 more year but I would drink the rest now.

August 23, 2019 - Last and best bottle. The wine did a big transformation from a modern style Salice with stewed fruits to a classical, quite elegant Salice with prune and cherry, high acidity, medium+ body and a long finish with a hint of earthiness and a slight tartness that asks for food. Was perfect with a self made mussaka, no hurry to drink, it may even further improve within the next 2 to 4 years.

July 13, 2018 - See my last tasting note. This time I am much less convinced. This wine is too much conceived. Too much oak and you can feel the heat from the alcohol. But it's not bad, at all.
