September 21, 2016 - On the nose, green apple, tangerine, orange blossom, and a bit of chalky mineral. On the palate it is off dry, a bit of herbal ginger, lemon and honey... on the finish is presents light dry apricot and a bit of lingering citrus fruit. A little viscous with light acidity. Perfect for a hot day. My thoughts, like a citrus fruit salad waiting for a hot day or nice dry meat to fight with. 12.5% ABV. This was the favorite easy drinking wine. Drink it on a hot dehydrated day.
