  February 22, 2010 - Enjoyed the 04 Racine with friends and a meal of prime rib. Had an 06 Bergstrom to compare with and an 05 Bernadotte. At 6 years the Racine has aged nicely and mellowed compared to the Bergstrom. All the Roots wine need decanting to open up but Racine has become more subtle, less fruit forward more elegant.
