  January 6, 2019 - In no sense a charmer , the nose is a little dumb with with muted aromas of mushrooms ,sour cherries, and and a heavy wall of cooked strawberries.
  On the palate, acidity is still high , and there is little joy in terms of flavour. Still tannic and acidic, in common with many 2015s. It may give more pleasure in another 3-5 years. I won' t be holding my breath! However it washed down a rich boeuf bourguignon with ease!

  May 9, 2017 - Tasted at Three Borders Wine Group, Hampshire, UK. The colour is quite a dark ruby. It's fresh, young and has a very up front fruit nose, possibly too much so for my palate. On the palate, there's young sour cherries and it's slightly frizzante. At the moment, it's not for me, but I might like it more if I tried it again in a couple of years time.

  March 28, 2017 - Very good, fairly intense Gamay with depth & quality which will only get better. Good now but I'd leave it a couple of years or so. I have some halves at £5.25 each, the full bottles are £9.50 which for me represents ridiculously good QPR, but then this is very much my cup of tea. Highly recommend.
