  November 4, 2023 - Wonderful, not overpowering. Smooth and comfortable to drink by itself. Would have been better with a filet or strip

  February 25, 2023 - Forgot my note to wait a year. Second day open in the fridge over night. Purple to the rim. Lots of up black fruit up front.
  At this point all fruit. Tannins have softened. Finishes short or would have merited a couple more points
  
  Most approachable yet for this wine. Don’t think this will get more points in my book but plenty of time left to see.

  January 1, 2023 - Purple to the Some fruit but mostly hidden by moderate tannins. Finishes somewhat short. Downgrade from my last bottle as I wondering when the fruit will show up
  Drink now with a couple hour decant but I am waiting another year.

  February 12, 2022 - Cherry to the rim. Black currents. Medium body. Some sweet black fruit starting to show followed by drying tannins and medium finish. Hold for at least another year maybe two.

  January 13, 2022 - Nice Cab. Rate 90-91. Even though 9 years in bottle still needs long decant. Nice flavor profile with blue and red fruits and nice finish. I compare to Honig which is similar Napa Cab and price point. Actually like Homig slightly more. Steph did not enjoy this bottle as much as I and also likes the Honig better
